Miss Godzilla gets a dye-job! Oh my!

Zilla’s mom had Kelly dye her pink as a surprise for her husband. :) I think he was probably sufficiently shocked! Zilla loved all the attention she got while she was so brightly colored. She probably didn’t even know she was pink. ^_^

Shih-tzus go home!

Wow! There is a run on Shih-tzus here at City Pets! Both of our little boy Shih-tzus have found homes recently! Check out these guys!

Look at that new family!! :) They lost their Shih-tzu and their boy missed his best friend. Shih-tzus are great pets for kids, and this little pup is going to be a great buddy. :)

What a cute pair! This little boy went home just tonight! His new mom was going to wait until Monday to pick up her new little baby, but she was back in ten minutes and said she just couldn’t wait to have him at home and play! I don’t blame her. I would not be able to delay my new best frienship for one moment!

Rosco’s Tough Guy Makeover

Look at this cutie! Rosco’s owner brought him in for grooming and asked Kelly to do a cool mohawk on him! Rosco went from fuzzy-wuzzy powder puff…

to a trim, tough mohawked dude!

Don’t worry, though. Rosco still has his fun, silly personality. ^_^ He is such a cute pup!!

The cutest little angry-faced Cavalier found her home! She is so adorable!

Her brother and sister are still here at the store looking for their perfect homes!

Plus, this Sheltie came in and out!

The Babcock’s bought a Sheltie from us last year and were totally thrilled with him! They decided they wanted another one, a girl this time. It took a while for our (GREAT!) Sheltie breeder to produce one girl in a couple litters of boys, and this family was at the top of the list for her. :) They are so lucky! We are very fortunate to have top-notch dog breeders and, of course, our wonderful loyal customers!

Puppies go home!

We sure do have a lot of cute puppies here in the store! Every single one I pet is cuter than the last. :) They really are wonderful! Here are a couple that were just too cute to stick around!

The Mini Pin we called Mauser (on the right in this photo) has found a great home with another MinPin pup! She is settling in and is sure to be a great new pal for this family. She was such a sweet girl and the best cuddler ever. :)

And one of our new Cavalier King Charles Spaniels has already gone home! These folks met this beautiful Ruby girl at the store and fell in love! They did some responsible research into the breed and knew it was the perfect dog for them. What a wonderful way to get a new best friend! Congratulations to everyone! :)

Brand new MiniPin! Already home!

OH MAN! I hated to part with this girl! My baby Beretta has already gone. I barely knew her, but I knew I loved her. :) She is such a snuggly and affectionate dog. I really liked that about her! She has a great home now, and just when her new Mommy needed her! These two are going to be so happy together! Come and visit us, Beretta!

Nimbus is kinda blue…

Look at this funny kitty! Grooming a cat sounds like a scary enough idea as it is, but dying him, too!? That’s just crazy!

Here is Nimbus, the big white cloud of a kitty, getting a little blue sky put into his fluffy fur. :) Nimbus was pretty cool with the whole ordeal!

Silly kitty! Nimbus is a great cat for putting up with all sorts of silly things! The blue turned out pretty nice, don’t you think? Mr. Blue Sky, with one cat-head shaped cloud floating around! Don’t worry, though, the dye is non-toxic and Nimbus’ grooming habits are safe to continue as usual. :)

Groomin’ up a storm!

Look at this! I walked back to the grooming room, and this is the sight that I found!

Kelly was right in the middle of brushing out Asta the Malamute, and things were getting pretty hairy! :) Her appointment book, the phone, her bottles of shampoo, grooming tools, EVERYTHING was covered in hair, including Kelly herself (and of course, Asta!). Despite all of this, Asta did keep most of her hair. :)

Pommie Girl goes home!

What a sweet baby girl. :) This little princess now has a great home, and she deserves it! She has a Maltese sister and a new, doting mama. I bet they are a happy, playful family! A Pomeranian guarantees it!
