Puppy Visitors!

March 13, 2008 at 9:27 pm

Oh my goodness! It has been a good time for doggy visitors at City Pets. I love doggies. :)

This is Maestro! He is an English Bulldog and he is a SWEETIE. We have a photo of Maestro on our bulletin board behind the desk from the olden days of film-cameras and we get so many compliments on what a handsome dog he is. We were so surprised to see how BIG he has gotten in the meantime! He probably weighs 50 pounds! Big boy! Good Maestro!

This Cairn Terrier is Shubby! He was “one of ours” and we’re always pleased when our puppies come back to visit. :) Shubby came in to visit his three little brothers and he was very excited about the trip! Shubby’s little bros are still waiting for their good homes. Please come see them!

And here is Willow! Willow is a fantastic Shetland Sheepdog who came from City Pets. She is a great girl and is very friendly and playful. I could not get any pictures of her beautiful face because she was much too interested in absolutely everything else that was going on in the store, including following her “boy” around. :)

Now at City Pets: Dubia roaches. These are a great alternative to crickets or worms as a protein source for reptiles. We have assorted sizes and they are 50¢ each or 12/$5.00 Fire bellied toads in this week too. Got some great looking lionhead goldfish in too. These little guys are called American or Florida flag fish. It is in the killifish family and loves to eat hair algae.
