Puggle goes home! :)

Look at this little howlin’ baby! Gosh, we get the cutest puppies here at City Pets… and all of them are premium quality! But Puggles really take the cake for precocious cuteness. :) What a little sassafrass!

Here’s City Pets owner Tim pretending he’s the lucky guy! No way, dude! Say good-bye to that little girl! She’s going home. :)

Here’s the lucky lady! This particular customer bought a Min Pin puppy from us about a year ago! I love having puppy buyers come back for another one of my stellar City Pups. It really makes me feel good about how much people can trust our selection of breeders and puppies, as well as the value of our puppy care package and the way we treat our pups (and our customers!).

I’ll bet that Puggle is giving that MiniPin (Cici, if I remember correctly, and I know I do. :) a real run for her money! Puggles are so active and playful! Come see this Puggles brother here at the store, and maybe you can expand your own little family today!

What a great dog! I am so glad Gabe found a great home. We know his new family is loving him. He is such a good puppy with amazing potential. Friendly and playful and perfect. :) I can’t wait to hear about his antics and adventures.

Wow! What a great day!

So many pets at the store found homes today! Our old-timer Brown Basilisk (the Jesus Christ Lizard) found a good home, as well as the baby Sulcata tortoise, and our last Lutino Lovebird!

Not only that, but we had a visit from our little Bichi-Poo, Geneva (formerly Fauna)! Geneva came in for a groom today. Look at how cute she is with her little bow!

Plus, we had three puppies find homes today! I am thrilled and astounded! Congratulations to all!

First, Gloria the Puggle found the perfect family for her, complete with little boys to play with. :) It couldn’t be better.

Then, Cap’n Carl (now known as Henry) found a family that was just perfect for him. Look at this happy guy. He can’t wait tobe the center of their world. :) They are all going to be so happy together.

And then, at the last minute, these folks came in and swooped down on the newly lonely Miss Yvonne. :) Yvonne (now Breleigh) didn’t even have time to realize her brother was gone, and now she has a new brother, Lambeau! (Not Lambeau the Puggle that we all know, but another Maltese Lambeau!) I am so excited to help this family grow. I had imagined Yvonne as a member of my family for a while. :) What a lucky group!

Puggle goes home!!

I’m so happy! Thomas’ sisters went home straight away, within a week of arriving at City Pets, but Thomas hung around us for a while. Today he went to his permanent home and I bet he’s having so much fun. :) His new owner got him all decked out with goodies and I think he’s pretty much set. :) Thomas is such a fun, wild-and-crazy pup, I can’t wait to hear about his antics at home. :)

What a great picture!

See you soon!

Puppies Go Home!

MAN, have we got some cute puppies! Apparently the word is spreading, too, because we’ve sent some little darlings home recently. :)

Check out Pierre, the Bichon Frisé/Poodle mix. Pierre is a real mellow guy and gets along with everyone. Being a Bichon/Poodle mix also makes Pierre the perfect dog for his new owner, since she has dog allergies. Bichons, Poodles, Shih-tzus, Schnauzers, and Yorkies are all great choices for people with dog allergies because they have hair-like fur that does not trap dander as severely as more fluffy dogs, like Pomeranians, Chihuahuas, or Labradors. Of course, Pierre has a lot more going for him than being hypoallergenic, which is why we fell in love with him in the first place. ;)

Here is Sadie and her new best friends! These little girls pooled together their money so that they could take Sadie home to be their very own puppy. :) Sadie was a sweet, playful little girl Puggle (Pug/Beagle mix) and I’m sure these three are having tons of fun!

And finally, last but not least, Madeline the Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie mix) finally found a great home with a lady who also owns another of our great dogs. :) Madeline’s new mommy bought her all the good stuff whenever she picked her up, so I know she is having an exciting time in her new home. Come back and visit!

More Great Puppies Find Great Homes!!

Oh my goodness! The favorite part of my job is matching puppies with their perfect people :

We’ve been doing a little bit of that lately at City Pets!

Rex the black and tan longhaired Chihuahua finally found his great home! He was having a great time walking around on top of the box that his new kennel was in. :) Rex is a wonderful puppy and I’m so glad he found a wonderful home. :)

And look at these three! I think this is the cutest puppy home-going picture I have ever ever taken! :D Cookie is a Lhasa Apso/Poodle mix and this little family is going to have a BLAST. They are all so adorable together. :) I can’t wait to hear what is going on with them. :) Come in and visit!

AND City Pets got in some painfully cute Puggles just last week, and wouldn’t you know it, one little girl has already found a great home. :) Jezebel, the blonde Puggle girl, found her perfect new family this past Saturday. After much consideration and deliberation, of course they decided they needed a Puggle Pup in their lives. Good choice! You won’t regret it! Come in and visit!

And don’t forget, Jezebel’s brother and sister are still at the store waiting for you to discover how wonderful they are. :) Come in and visit soon!

And, last but not least!, our little Sheltie, Olive found her new home as well. Olive is a quiet girl, but she loves to play with other puppies. Her new folks are going to have so much fun watching her grow up into a beautiful doggy. :) Hope to see you soon!

Belated Home-Goings and Puppy Visitors!

Oh my goodness! With all the holidays I have really fallen behind in my blogging of adorable City Pets Happenings! Check this out…

Our Cari-Poo went to a great new home with a Cairn Terrier buddy just waiting to play. I’m sure they’re getting along great!

Both of our lovely Schnauzers found great homes with friends. Our salt-and-pepper Schnauzer will have tons of fun with this little boy! I bet they will be close pals…

… Although she is Grandpa’s dog, after all. ;)

grey-schnauz-home-1.jpg

And our black Schnauzer girl went to a good home with a little 7-year old Schnauzer named Holly. They are a perfect match and I’m excited to hear about their antics. :)

black-schnauz-home.jpg

Plus, I was not there to get photos of our other pups who went home for the holidays, our little lady Welsh Corgi and both of our darling little Shih-Tzus! You guys had better come back to visit me! … And speaking of visitors…

This is Triton! He is a Preso Canario and he is a doll! This dog is so sweet; 130 pounds of pure sugar. What a good boy!

And here’s a little Pom who left City Pets just over a year ago. His name is Natis and I remember playing with him when he was here. He’d chase me anywhere around the store. :) Pomeranians are my favorite anyway, I guess. :D

natis.jpg

Oooh and Little Lambeau! I love this guy. He’s a great little dog and always a polite visitor. :) Although his namesake has not done him any favors. His owners tell us that every game that Lambeau watches with them, they lose! I’m sure he’s just there for the company, anyway. ;) Good dog!
